Breakfast
Parents: 2 half boiled eggs, toast with butter and jam, and 1 cup coffee each --> protein from the eggs and carbohydrates from the toast
Son: 1 half boiled egg and 1 cup Milo --> protein from the eggs, and carbohydrates from the Milo
Daughter: 2 half boiled eggs and 1 cup Milo --> protein from the eggs, and carbohydrates from the Milo
Lunch
Dad: 1 bowl wanton noodles, with xiao bai cai and soup --> carbohydrates from the noodles, fiber from the vegetables, protein from wanton (meat)
Mum: soup, beef kway teow with vegetables --> protein from beef, carbohydrates from kway teow, fiber from vegetables
Daughter: 1 plate beehoon, with fried egg, spinach and spring onion --> carbohydrates from bee hoon, protein from egg, fiber from spinach and spring onion
Son: 1 plate fried rice, with tofu and cabbage --> carbohydrates from fried rice, protein from tofu and fiber from cabbage

Dinner
Whole family: white rice, curry chicken with potatoes and coconut milk, 1 glass fruit juice each --> carbohydrate from rice, protein from chicken and fiber from fruit juice
